Senior Tour Consultant @ Malad Location For My Travel Bazaar

1. Tour Package Design & Customization

• Create, modify, and customize a wide range of

  Domestic & International tour packages

  based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, costing, inclusions, and value-added offerings.
  
• Ensure packages are competitive, feasible, and aligned with market trends and supplier offerings.
  

2. Supplier/Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with

  DMCs, hotels, transport providers, airlines, attractions

  , and other vendors.
• Negotiate prices, allocations, and special deals to maximize margins.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with global and domestic suppliers.
  

3. Hotel Booking Management (Online/Offline)

• Manage

  online booking portals

  (e.g., GTA, Hotelbeds, DOTW, RezLive, etc.) for real-time hotel reservations.
• Handle

  offline bookings

  through email/phone negotiations with hotels and suppliers.
• Ensure booking accuracy, confirmation follow-ups, and timely delivery of travel vouchers.
  

4. B2B Client Interaction

• Provide prompt quotations and solutions to B2B agents.
  
• Understand agent requirements and recommend suitable itineraries and services.
  
• Support partners with pre-sales and post-sales queries.
  

5. Operations & Documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for visas, insurance, transfers, and other add-on services.
  
• Prepare travel documents, final itineraries, vouchers, and billing details.
  
• Ensure error-free operations and a smooth travel experience for clients.
  

6. Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, hotel chains, and airline updates.
  
• Analyze competitor offerings and suggest improvements to product portfolios.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Domestic & International destinations

• Expertise in

  B2B travel operations

  and tour package designing.
• Proficiency in

  hotel booking engines and offline contracting

  .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in the travel industry (B2B /B2C division preferred).
