Job Title: Travel Agent US Market (Night Shift) Locations: Ahmedabad & Mumbai Company: 20+ Year Established US-Based Travel Agency India Operations Call Center. We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Agents to join our India Operations team. As part of our expanding US-market division, you will play a key role in selling global tours, air itineraries, and travel packages while delivering exceptional service to our US-based customers. Key Responsibilities Sell and manage international air itineraries, tours, and travel packages across the globe. Support US daytime operations by working in the Night Shift . Handle high volumes of phone and email communication with US customers. Understand and anticipate client travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Make outbound calls, send quotes, create new customer accounts, and manage reporting tasks. Build strong relationships with new prospects, suppliers, and internal teams. Negotiate competitive deals with suppliers and stay informed about market competition. Develop marketing campaigns to support sales and promotional activities. Accounting-related tasks (a plus). Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of professional Travel Agent experience. Mandatory: Experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS Mandatory: Ability and willingness to work Night Shift. Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong experience in international markets including US, Europe, Africa, Middle East, East Asia, India, and other global destinations. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer expectations. Skills Required Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent English communication skills.
