What We’re Looking For Inbound Operations:Curate personalized travel plans tailored to client requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customized itineraries.Advise clients on unique and memorable travel experiences. Booking & Operations Management:Manage hotel bookings, resolve tour-related issues, and coordinate transfers & sightseeing.Provide expert solutions for pre-travel and post-travel inquiries within deadlines.Handle reservations for hotels, restaurants, coaches, and sightseeing activities. Desired Candidate ProfileProven track record in negotiating exclusive B2B rates to increase profitability.Strong experience handling on-ground operations to ensure seamless client journeys.Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel.Expertise in itinerary planning for India, Nepal & Bhutan.
