International Travel Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customized Itinerary Planning:

Curate personalized travel plans keeping clients needs in mind.
Collaborate internally to create and deliver customized itineraries that delight clients.
Advise clients on bespoke experiences that enhance their travel journey.

Booking & Operations Management:

Handle international online hotel bookings, resolving tour-related issues, amendments, sold-out situations, transfers, sightseeing, and payment discrepancies.
Manage book-out cases, last-minute bookings, and special requests efficiently.
Provide expert solutions to pre-travel and post-travel inquiries within deadlines.
Make reservations for tours, including hotels, coaches, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in negotiating exclusive B2B rates, increasing profitability.
Expertise in handling on-ground operations for seamless client experiences and positive feedback.
Proficient in travel portals like
TBO, REZLIVE, GRN
, and experience with multiple Destination Management Companies (DMCs) across various countries.
