Accountability: Develop and execute sales plans in the territory in order to ensure achievement of sales and market share targets and net realizations as per the plan.
Interact with customers and understand their process & needs. Negotiate and finalize orders in consultation with product head. Follow up with factory for timely execution of orders. Provide market feedback to regional product manager.
Establish effective customer relationships with a view to providing maximum customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
Attend pre and post sales customer complaints. Provide/arrange technical help and support to the customer
Develop & execute plan for improving market share and growing the market
Collect information about the market Assess potential Prospect and develop new customers Provide feedback to the Regional Product Head
Execute guidelines for collection of money from the customers in time. Make collections follow-up free.
Co-ordinate with Sales Accounts for periodic information. Set up systems with the customers in order to ensure timely collections. Provide feedback to the regional product head & business finance head.
Study the market and recommend appointments of dealers for strengthening the dealer network
Collect information from prospective dealers Assess their capabilities/potential. Forward the recommendation to the regional product head. Handle the addition of a dealer to the network, with sensitivity to the existing dealers.
Assist the regional product head in studying the scope of new application development and in establishing the new application/product.
Study the market for new applications. Assist the regional product head & the market development cell in execution of new product development/application plan. Track pilot supply. Obtain feedback from the customer on its trial and provide regular reports to the regional product head and the market development cell head.
