We are seeking motivated and target-driven Senior Telecalling Executives to strengthen our telecalling operations and contribute to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s financial products and services.
• Generate quality leads and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve conversion targets.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Support and guide junior telecallers in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance calling efficiency and conversion rates.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity as per company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in financial services preferred).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi (basic English proficiency required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or lead generation targets.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
