Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases.
• Explain company products/services and pitch to customers effectively.
• Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales as per targets.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into business.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
