Senior Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: Sales: Making outbound calls to potential customers and answering incoming calls to sell products or services.  Customer Engagement: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and presenting solutions effectively.  Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the products or services being offered to answer customer questions and tailor pitches.  Closing Sales: Persuading customers to make a purchase and processing orders accurately.  Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the outside sales team.  Relationship Building: Maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.  Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the sales process.  Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data.  Meeting Targets: Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets.  Following Up: Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.  Upselling/Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products or services to existing customers.  Essential Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
