Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Aluminium Ladder and Scaffolding sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong knowledge of B2B sales in construction, industrial supplies, or access equipment. Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in construction, infrastructure, warehousing, industrial, and maintenance sectors. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective clients. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with the management team. Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products. Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
