Senior Technology Lead – Cloud & GenAI

What You’ll Do

• Design Intelligent Architectures:

  Lead the design of secure, scalable cloud-native and hybrid architectures optimised for AI innovation.

• Develop & Accelerate:

  Build GenAI components, multi-modal agents, fine-tune LLMs, and work on reusable modules within our Lattice suite using tools like

  LangGraph

  and

  LangChain,

  automate workflows using platforms like n8n.

• Cloud Leadership:

  Architect and implement solutions across

  Microsoft Azure

  and

  AWS

  , ensuring flexibility, performance, scalability and cost-efficiency.

• Security First:

  Define and implement robust security frameworks for APIs, applications, and scalable user access including

  Single Sign-On (SSO)

  and identity management using Azure/AWS native services. Apply best practices for securing LLMs and AI models, ensuring data privacy and compliance.

• Engineer the Pipeline:

  Build and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  , integrate

  GitHub Actions

  , and ensure automation and high availability of services.

• Deploy at Scale:

  Leverage Kubernetes and containerisation best practices to deploy and orchestrate cloud-native and GenAI workloads.

• Mentor & Lead:

  Guide and upskill junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on pairing. Provide technical direction while ensuring secure, production-grade implementation.

• Hands-On Leadership:

  While you’ll be architecting, you’re also expected to roll up your sleeves — running AI proof-of-concepts, prototyping “art of the possible” solutions, and accelerating client pilots and production rollouts.

• AI Solutioning:

  Evaluate and recommend the right LLMs for the job, balancing tradeoffs of model choice, context window limits, performance, latency, and cost.

• Bridge the Gap:

  Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to integrate solutions seamlessly within enterprise environments.

• Enable Clients:

  Support client upskilling through our

  ABOTE

  model (Advise, Build, Operate, Transition, Enable) so they can confidently take over solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years

  of proven hands-on experience in

  AWS and Azure cloud platforms

  (architecture, deployment, security, scaling) and data engineering.

• 1–2 years

  of applied experience in AI/GenAI, including working with multiple LLMs, understanding context windows, fine-tuning vs. prompt engineering, and optimising for performance and cost.
• Strong experience in implementing

  security frameworks

  for APIs, applications, and identity/access management (SSO, RBAC) in cloud environments
• Proven knowledge of best practices in securing

  LLM deployments

  and sensitive data in AI pipelines
• Solid understanding of

  cloud-native design principles

  ,

  cost optimisation

  ,

  security

  , and

  performance tuning

• Proficiency with

  LangChain

  ,

  LangGraph

  , building AI agents, workflow automation using AI and modern LLM-based application architectures
• Experience deploying

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Hands-on experience with

  GitHub Actions

  DevOps practices

• Working knowledge of

  Kubernetes

  , containerisation, and microservice deployment patterns
• Strong Python programming skills for building data and AI pipelines
• A hands-on problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and loves turning whiteboard ideas into working prototypes
• Proven leadership in guiding engineering teams, mentoring talent, and delivering complex tech projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
