What You'll Do

You’ll support and grow our business development and consulting engine by:

• Assist in pre-sales activities, including client research and outreach

• Engaging with clients

  to understand their business problems and map SynaptyX AI solutions to those needs.
• Supporting

  consultative sales cycles

  , proposals, and value articulation for GenAI-led use cases.
• Support in crafting compelling pitch decks, proposals, case studies and marketing content
• Helping shape

  AI strategy roadmaps

  , prioritised use case pipelines, and measurable ROI frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including delivery, product, and marketing to enable end-to-end client success.
• Creating compelling client presentations, research briefs, and engagement collateral.

Who You Are

We’re looking for passionate individuals with:

• Recently completed a

  Bachelor’s in Engineering

  + MBA or a

  Bachelor’s in Business

  + MCA (preferred).
• Fresh graduates (final-year students with experience with AI companies as interns and eligible for full-time roles may apply)
• Strong communication & content creation skills
• Interest in AI, and enterprise tech solutions
• A

  figure-out-able mindset

  —you love learning, iterating, and thinking on your feet.
• Exceptional

  communication skills

  and a natural flair for storytelling and influencing.
• Bonus: Interest in GenAI, marketing analytics, or digital transformation.
