• Recruitment and training: Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new technicians, as well as developing and leading training and mentoring programs.
• Performance management: Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing regular feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Scheduling and coordination: Organizing and delegating tasks and managing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely project completion.
• Promoting a positive culture: Fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Technical oversight and problem-solving

• Troubleshooting: Serving as the first point of contact for complex technical issues and assisting the team in resolving production and equipment problems.
• Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. This includes developing and standardizing processes and procedures.
• Quality assurance: Overseeing the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and addressing quality failures.
• Technical expertise: Providing hands-on technical guidance, drawing from deep industry knowledge to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Project and operational duties

• Workflow management: Reviewing production schedules, managing workload demands, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
• Reporting: Preparing and processing production documents, maintaining records, and creating reports on project activities and team performance for management.
• Inventory and equipment management: Managing and controlling equipment, materials, and supplies. This also includes overseeing the maintenance and repair of tools and machinery.
• Stakeholder communication: Acting as a technical liaison between the team and other departments, management, or clients.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
