Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Location: Pune/Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical recruiter with a solid track record of hiring for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter. The role will primarily involve working on PAN India mandates, with occasional talent acquisition projects for our UK- and EU-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using

    Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter,

    and other sourcing tools.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding for IT roles across PAN India.
  • Occasionally handle hiring for UK and EU markets, adapting sourcing and screening processes to regional needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles including developers, QA, DevOps, cloud engineers, data engineers, and more.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, assist with feedback capture, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update internal recruiting databases, dashboards, and reports.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of core technical recruiting experience, particularly in IT recruitment.
  • Expertise with Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter (Enterprise or Lite versions).

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with full recruitment lifecycle, including passive sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Prior experience hiring PAN India; exposure to UK/EU hiring is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles across varying levels of seniority simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, business, or a related field.
  • Added advantage if experienced in international recruitment (especially UK/EU).
