Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for niche technical roles across telecom and IT.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Source top-tier talent using creative, multi-channel approaches (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, referrals).
• Deliver a seamless and engaging

  candidate experience

  from first contact to offer.
• Provide regular updates and insights through

  data-driven reporting

  and stakeholder meetings.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years

  of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on

  technical hiring

  .
• Proven success in hiring for roles such as:

• Data Scientists

• Cloud Engineers

• Packet Core Engineers

• Experience recruiting in the

  telecom and/or IT sectors

  is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills across both passive and active talent pools.
• Confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and outcome-driven with a collaborative mindset.
