Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding support).
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and niche communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  
• Evaluate technical resumes and conduct initial technical and cultural fit screenings.
  
• Partner with technical teams to design and coordinate coding assessments and technical interviews.
  
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
  
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
  
• Stay updated with salary benchmarks, skill trends, and competitor hiring strategies.
  
• Promote the company brand and culture in the tech hiring ecosystem.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience as a

  Technical Recruiter

  (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of IT/technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA, Product Managers).
  
• Proven ability to source passive candidates through advanced search techniques.
  
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools.
  
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
