Role Overview

Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Own the
full recruitment lifecycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Specialize in hiring for
software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, security, and product roles
.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels:
LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, niche tech communities
.
Maintain accurate records in
ATS
and ensure compliance with company policies.
Drive
candidate experience excellence
throughout the process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

Requirements

7+ years of experience
in technical recruitment (IT services, product companies, or consulting).
Strong understanding of
modern tech stacks
(Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI).
Proven ability to
hire senior and niche roles
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with
ATS and recruitment analytics
.
Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced environment
.

Contract Details

Duration:
6 months (extendable).
Location:
Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite).
Working Days:
Monday–Friday.
