About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the fintech or payments industry and be ready to lead projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an onsite role with direct involvement in product development, architecture, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver scalable fintech/payment solutions.
• Drive the architectural design and technology roadmap for core systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in the fintech/payment domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with at least 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in fintech or financial payment platforms.
• Strong expertise in backend/frontend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.).
• Solid understanding of APIs, payment gateways, and transaction processing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
