Position: Senior Tech Lead
Experience: 7+ Years (Overall Full Stack)
Location: Lucknow (On-site)
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

✅ Full Stack Development: 7+ years of hands-on experience
✅ Python / React / Node.js / .NET: 5+ years of professional experience
✅ WordPress: 5+ years of development and customization experience
✅ AWS (Amazon Web Services): 5+ years of experience in cloud deployment & architecture
✅ SQL / MS SQL: 2+ years of database design & query optimization experience
✅ App Design & Architecture: 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable applications
✅ Tools: Proficient with JIRA and GitHub for agile workflow and version control
✅ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality web and app solutions.
• Manage full-cycle development — from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, QA, and Product.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and project timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical best practices.
