Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of electrical and solar professionals to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on electrical and solar systems.
Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to optimize results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Team Lead in Electrical and Solar projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical and solar systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
Experience with project management tools and software to track progress and performance.
