Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-tier technical talent for various IT positions.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to create effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry for 3 to 6 years.
• In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (desired).
