Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to leadership. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry for 3 to 6 years. In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (desired).
