Job Description


The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across multiple functions. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver proactive, innovative sourcing solutions that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies to meet current and future talent needs. Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source high-quality candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct in-depth screening and assessments to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, and cultural alignment).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and market insights. Drive consistency and effectiveness in the interview and selection process across departments.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the employer branding team to enhance the companys presence across digital platforms and job fairs. Represent the organization at campus drives, recruitment events, and career expos.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source-of-hire. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance requirements during the hiring process. Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 7–12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record in hiring mid-to-senior-level professionals.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, assessment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting techniques and talent analytics.
  • Experience in diversity hiring strategies.
  • Exposure to international or multi-location hiring is a plus.
