Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing

    : Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management:

    Facilitate offer discussions with candidates, manage negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • IT Hiring Expertise:

    Leverage your experience in IT infrastructure hiring to assess candidates' technical skills in areas such as VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hacking, NOC engineering, and Desktop Engineering.
  • Compliance and Documentation

    : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Market Insights:

    Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Employer Branding:

    Promote the company's employer brand through candidate engagement and representation of the company culture during recruitment activities.


Qualifications

  • Experience:

    5 to 10 years of experience in corporate recruiting, particularly in IT infrastructure hiring in

    INDIA

    .
  • Use of AI tools for hiring.

  • Technical Knowledge

    : Strong understanding of IT technical skills and roles, including VMware, DevOps, Ethical Hacking, NOC engineering, and Desktop Engineering.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
  • Organization:

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving

    : Ability to assess challenges and implement solutions to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Ethics and Integrity:

    High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all recruitment activities.
