Job Title: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition (Technology Hiring)

Location: Gurgaon (5 days Work from Office)
Experience Required: 3 – 6 years

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team and drive end-to-end technology hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a data-driven approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for technology roles – from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, headhunting, etc.).
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements, cultural fit, and technical competencies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates within defined timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on hiring status.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs are met – Source per Hire, Quality of Hire, Time to Hire, and Cost per Hire.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end technology hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in technology recruitment.
