We are hiring Sr. Talent Acquisition

Work location: Gujarat and Indore

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Recruitment

Proficient in English

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Volume hiring

Handling volume of at least 50 joiners a month

Familiarity with online job hunting websites

Effective negotiating skills

Good knowledge of ATS and Excel

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers.

Will be responsible for fulfilling hiring requirement for Mumbai region

Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively

Maintain and update applicant tracking system

Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Travel when necessary (up to 40%)

Ensure timely and quality hiring under pressure

Strong stakeholder management to ensure hiring targets are met
