Senior Support Executive

MyCloud Hospitality is one of the most exciting and latest technology offering addressing small and medium size hotels operations and e-distribution requirements. Responsibilities

•  Own Customer Relations during the entire Life Cycle of the Client.
•  Onboard new accounts, provide training, refreshers to new or old accounts.
•  Product demos online and offline.
•  To resolve all client queries over Mail/Chat/Skype.
•  Foster and create a Win-Win relationship with new and existing customers.
•  Help with and coordinate with customers with respect to renewals and payments.
•  Periodic account reviews with reporting manager on service issues, revenue, profitability, run rate gaps and actionable plans.
•  Maintain internally agreed SLA figures.
•  Adhere to, and contribute to the development of support processes, procedures and standards.
•  Maintain discipline, timely reporting, update client list, strictly following the work norms of the company.
•  Coordination with other teams to create a good atmosphere.

Qualifications

•  Any graduate / postgraduate with experience in similar kind of role.
•  Should have 1-2 years of software product selling experience or alternatively experience in Hotel operations.
•  If you have Hospitality background and experience, it would be ideal.
•  Should have computer skills on internet, and good presentation skills.
•  Excellent command over written and spoken English.
•  Fluent Speech and communication skills.
•  Fresher’s can apply too.
