Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple client requests with a calm and solution-oriented mindset. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
