Job Summary

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Boomi Integration Platform +
  • Solid understanding of

    integration patterns

    (sync/async, pub-sub, batch).
  • Knowledge of

    error handling, retry mechanisms, and exception frameworks

    .
  • Experience with

    monitoring tools

    and log analysis.
  • Experience in configuring Boomi connectors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Strong exposure to Boomi process design, data mapping, and exception handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in integration support or application support in a Boomi environment.
  • Self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and articulation skills
  • Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem and technical challenges
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools & understanding its complex functional and technical requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Continuously monitor the performance and health of Boomi environments. Provide

    L2/L3 support

    for Boomi integrations across multiple business applications.
  • Analyze and resolve

    integration failures

    , data issues, and performance bottlenecks. 
  • Perform

    root cause analysis (RCA)

    and implement preventive measures
  • Flexible to work in 24X7 shift
  • Monitor and support

    Boomi Atom, Molecule, and Atom Cloud

    environments.
  • Troubleshoot

    process executions, connectors, listeners, and queues

    .
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their support tickets and providing updates on issue resolution progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Create and maintain

    support runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides

    .
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and documentation to enhance overall customer support effectiveness
