Job Description

We re seeking a proactive Site Administration & Compliance personnel with a sharp eye for regulatory alignment, infrastructure security, and operational excellence. If you thrive in managing factory administration, contract labor systems, and vendor coordination while ensuring seamless support for employees, guests, and new joiners this is your chance to drive efficiency and safety at a dynamic manufacturing site. From policy implementation and risk assessments to canteen, guesthouse, and OHC oversight, your leadership will be key to elevating site standards and employee experience.

What you will do - Main Responsibilities:-

  1. Work closely with team & respective department to understand the site team requirements related to regulatory compliance & to map those requirements to current process & services provided by GFM.
  2. Implementation of Global Corporate policy at site.
  3. To review & access the existing facility & security infrastructure for Malanpur site for upgradation of facility & security system in order to provide enhanced protection measures & using minimum manpower.
  4. Ensure the implementation of laid down all policies & SOPs. Develop appropriate audit criteria for regular audit of security systems.
  5. To carry out risk assessment of the security of employees, resources and information, against criminal risk.
  6. Access & project budget for system & infrastructure & ensure proper
  7. Maintenance of office & Guesthouse telephone lines.
  8. To extend all possible support to all new joinees in getting accommodation / school admission / others.
  9. General Factory Administration.
  10. Dealing with problems of labor, if any, and management of industrial relation and employee s relation in coordination with HR.
  11. Ensure to proper entry of contract labor as per SOP.
  12. Canteen Administration, Guest House Administration, Employee s Transportation, Pest Control Services, Housekeeping Services, Horticulture Services
  13. Contract Labour Management System
  14. Administration of OHC (Occupational Health Centre)
  15. Preparation of Budget as per AOP and managing.
  16. Ensuring the PR & Invoicing of Vendors for smooth operations.
  17. Timely providing stationary to all departments as per their requirements.
  18. Arrangement of Hotel & transportation as per requirement of guest/ Visitors/ Auditors etc. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

8 to 10 years of experience into administrative tasks.

Any graduate.
