1. Issue Proforma Invoice for Advance & LC orders & sending PFI to Marketing department for MI. 2. Issue the Bond Invoice to start the process of Packing. 3. Issue the Bar-Codes (GTIN) Label for all Products before shipment is dispatch. 4. Coordination with Internal Departments like Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, QC, and all other internal departments for execution of orders. 5. To coordinate with all relevant departments for smooth operations. 6. Co-ordination with External Departments Like- CHA, Insurance Dept., GCCI & Freight Forwarders 7. CHA for receipt of Documents as well as shipment clearance status 8. Freight Forwarders for the status of Shipment & Bill of Leading 9. Insurance Dept. for Insurance of Policy 10. GCCI / GSP for certification of Certificate of Origin / AI Form 11. Legalization of Certificate of Origin for shipment to Gulf Countries 12. Keep 100% checklist of entire documentation related to Export Shipment 13. Timely submission of Pre shipment documents to CHA to effect the shipment in stipulated time (Lead Time: Same day of receipt of Packing List) 14. Timely submission of Post shipment documents to Finance/Bankers (Lead Time: within 2/3 days of receipt of AWB/BL/FCRs and Insurance copy) 15. Providing complete shipment details to Marketing team or overseas buyer. (Like Invoice, PL, AWB or BL, COA, Flight/Vessel schedule.) 16. Maintain the Tracking Sheet (Index File) with all documents details of the shipment 17. Maintain the all shipments shipping bill Entry in YEDS Programme. 18. Tracking the container till it reaches the final destination. 19. Preparing Promotional material PFI as per marketing dept. requirements. 20. Courier Pre-Shipment samples & W/S as per requirement of country.
