Responsibilities: Guide and supervise the team to meet organizational objectives and maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency. Prepare comprehensive team reports, conducting thorough data analysis to extract valuable insights. Conduct training sessions as required, ensuring the effectiveness of the overall training process. Oversee the quality of sessions to ensure the smooth functioning of the quality assurance process within the team. Instruct online courses using learning management platforms. Contribute to the course development process by creating the course syllabus, course outline, learning objectives, course mapping, content writing, and assessments. Understand and maintain SOPs within the team. Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the tutoring and teaching assistant process. Evaluate candidates' skills and subject knowledge to check their suitability for the organization based on their expertise in the subject.
