Prepare comprehensive team reports, conducting thorough data analysis to extract valuable insights. Conduct training sessions as required, ensuring the effectiveness of the overall training process. Oversee the quality of sessions to ensure the smooth functioning of the quality assurance process within the team. Instruct online courses using learning management platforms. Contribute to the course development process by creating the course syllabus, course outline, learning objectives, course mapping, content writing, and assessments. Own small vertical slices end to end: define success, measure it, iterate. Work with SMEs, Operations, and Sales to validate whether your solution actually helps users.
