Role & responsibilities

Student Counselling & Conversions

• Counsel students for

  UK, Australia, and USA

  study programs
• Handle

  end-to-end counselling

  :
• First call profiling university shortlisting
• Application guidance offer letters enrolment
• Convert

  Meta & Google leads

  into applications and enrolments
• Confidently handle

  parents and financial discussions

Team Handling & Process Ownership

• Lead and mentor

  junior counsellors and support staff

• Allocate leads and ensure

  timely follow-ups

• Train juniors on:
• Counselling scripts
• University knowledge
• Conversion techniques
• Ensure

  daily productivity and quality control

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain CRM / lead tracking (Excel or tools provided)
• Track:
• Lead Application Offer Enrolment funnel
• Provide weekly conversion updates to management
• Flag bottlenecks and suggest improvements

University & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with application processing team
• Liaise with partner universities where required
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timelines

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 3+ years experience

  in study abroad counselling
• Strong knowledge of

  UK & Australia

  (USA is a big plus)
• Proven record of

  student conversions

• Experience handling

  parents & fee discussions

• Comfortable with

  targets and incentives

Good to Have (Strong Advantage)

• Team handling or lead counsellor experience
• Knowledge of scholarships, visa basics, timelines
• Experience with CRM or lead management tools
