Job Description

Lead the structural design and analysis of mid to high-rise buildings.
Review and approve detailed engineering drawings, design reports, and construction documents.
Perform advanced structural calculations for gravity, lateral, and dynamic loads using industry-standard software.
Ensure designs comply with local and international building codes and standards.
Oversee structural detailing, material specifications, and construction methodology.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
Liaise with clients, architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is met and project goals are achieved.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site structural issues during construction.
Participate in value engineering, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
Contribute to project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
