Job Description

Promote biomedical products to hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and stakeholders. Provide technical information and training to support the sales team and customers. Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and marketing events. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business development. Install, calibrate, and test biomedical equipment at client sites. Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal functioning of equipment. Train end-users (doctors, nurses, technicians) on equipment operation and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with service teams. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
