Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are looking to Hire Associate Director-Structure at our Gurgaon office.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in Gurugram. The Associate Director - Structure will oversee and manage structural engineering tasks, including the design and analysis of various structures. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and providing technical guidance to team members. The role also involves project planning, resource management, and quality assurance.Qualifications15+ Years of Experience in High Rise Buildings / Data Centres / Semiconductor IndustryProficiency in structural design and analysisExperience in project management, including project planning and resource managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with industry standards and regulatory requirementsAbility to provide technical guidance and quality assuranceRelevant Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional certification (PE, SE) is a plusStrong technical skills with proficiency in RCC, PT and structural steel design and detailing is a plus.Knowledge of Indian codes is mandatory. Familiarity with US, BS, Eurocodes is a plus.Working knowledge of current industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
