Senior Structural Design Engineer

As a Senior Structural Design Engineer, you will be a valuable member of the dynamic design team, focusing on the structural analysis, design, and detailing of RCC and steel structures for a variety of infrastructure and building projects. Key Responsibilities: - Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other civil structures, adhering to relevant design codes such as IS, IRC, etc. - Demonstrate strong experience in RCC Building Design, Steel Structure, and Bridge Projects. - Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical reports to ensure project requirements are met. - Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural coordination, ensuring alignment with project specifications. - Ensure safety, economy, and code compliance in all design activities. - Provide technical support during construction phases, resolving site-related structural issues promptly. - Collaborate effectively with architects, clients, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery. - Supervise the preparation of detailed drawings and reinforcement schedules to maintain design integrity. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university or institution. - Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in structural design; candidates with strong structural design experience are also encouraged to apply. - Software Proficiency: Proficient in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD (mandatory); familiarity with Revit or midas Structure is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of IS codes and design standards. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
