Develop and manage detailed structural steel models and drawings in Tekla Structures with minimal supervision. Prepare and check GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings for accuracy and constructability. Coordinate directly with clients, engineers, and project managers for design clarifications and approvals. Review and ensure quality control of deliverables, reducing errors and rework. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers and detailers. Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices in steel detailing. Manage workloads effectively to deliver drawings within tight project timelines.
