Job Description

As a Sales & Partnership Manager, your primary focus will be on expanding business through existing B2B partners. Your strategic approach will involve identifying growth opportunities, creating collaborative plans, and executing them to drive revenue expansion within partner ecosystems. By fostering strong relationships, understanding partner needs, and coordinating with internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking dormant potential and accelerating business growth. - Account Expansion: Develop revenue growth strategies for existing partner accounts and implement them in collaboration with the internal team. - Unlock Dormant Potential: Identify and address barriers hindering partners" sales growth to drive business success. - Proactive Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and leads within the partner ecosystem to generate quality leads and close deals. - Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation through referrals, introductions, and networking events to build a robust sales pipeline. - Field Engagement: Participate in client meetings, partner-led events, and networking opportunities to enhance relationship-building efforts. - Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handling of client requirements and effective execution of growth strategies. - Growth Ownership: Take full responsibility for enhancing partner engagement and business potential through continuous relationship-building and opportunity development. - 8-10 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Channel Sales. - Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts or channel relationships. - Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. - Problem-solving mindset to analyze growth barriers and implement effective solutions. - Proficiency in field sales, networking, and strategic conversations within tech-enabled businesses. - Experience in IT services or software solutions industry, with independence in operations and alignment with internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record in expanding accounts, generating leads, and fostering partner relationships. In-depth understanding of IT services landscape and custom development sales nuances. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers proficiently. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours to meet business requirements.,
