Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Development and DevOps practices. The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions while implementing CI/CD, version control, and automation to streamline delivery processes. Deep understanding of Git and Salesforce DevOps frameworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Leverage Git for version control, branching strategies, and collaboration workflows.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to gather requirements and convert them into actionable technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and deployment quality.
• Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce features, DevOps trends, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps.
• Deep expertise in Git and version control strategies.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce-specific).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or other DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in software development with a Salesforce focus.
• Salesforce certifications (Developer / Architect) are a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
