Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Store Supervisor to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or industrial environments, with expertise in inventory control, material handling, and process optimization. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storage, material issuance, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/warehouse management systems
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production and project requirements
• Implement effective stock control measures to minimize pilferage, damage, and obsolescence
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and project teams for material planning
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Supervise material handling equipment usage and ensure proper upkeep
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures within the store
• Train, guide, and evaluate store personnel to enhance productivity
• Streamline processes for efficiency and cost control in warehouse operations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse systems
• Experience working with ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Tally ERP)
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Data-driven decision-making and documentation proficiency
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
