Senior Store Incharge

RIK Industries Private Limited is a furniture manufacturing company located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a profile for a senior store in-charge position.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability while minimizing overstock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory movements, ensuring all goods are properly accounted for.
• Liaise with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and safe.
• Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle complaints and resolve any issues efficiently.

Stock Control & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure products are stored in appropriate conditions and organized by category.
• Manage product with proper placement in the store.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and shelf life.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, returns, and other inventory-related activities.
• Generate and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, FG Stock, and staff performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize store operations.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or a similar role in Industry or warehouse operations.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
