Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial records. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups. Ensure accurate documentation and systematic filing of all financial records. Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other applicable compliances. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities as directed. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
