Senior Store Incharge

Job Description: As a Junior Store Incharge at our store in Raipur, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse. You will assist in managing inventory, maintaining documentation, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and products. - Maintain accurate records of stock, issue slips, and inventory levels. - Ensure proper labeling and storage of items in designated locations. - Coordinate with other departments for material dispatch and stock availability. - Participate in periodic stock audits and physical inventory counts. - Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the store area. - Monitor stock movement and promptly report low stock or discrepancies. - Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies. - Assist in generating purchase requisitions and communicate with suppliers when necessary. - Support senior store incharge in day-to-day administrative tasks. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum qualification required is 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream. - Basic knowledge of inventory systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision. - Physically fit and capable of handling stock/materials. - Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
