Senior Store Incharge

As a Junior Store Incharge at our company in Raipur, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse. Your attention to detail and responsibility will be key in managing inventory, ensuring proper documentation, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and products. - Maintain accurate records of stock, issue slips, and inventory levels. - Ensure proper labeling and storage of items in designated locations. - Coordinate with other departments for material dispatch and stock availability. - Participate in periodic stock audits and physical inventory counts. - Keep the store area clean, safe, and well-organized. - Monitor stock movement and promptly report low stock levels or discrepancies. - Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies. - Assist in creating purchase requisitions and liaise with suppliers when necessary. - Support senior store incharge with day-to-day administrative tasks. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum qualification required: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream. - Basic knowledge of inventory systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Capable of working effectively in a team and under supervision. - Physically fit and comfortable handling stock and materials. - Familiarity with safety and hygiene practices. Please note that the job type is full-time, and the work location is in person in Raipur.
