Key Accountabilities

• Execute with Excellence:

  Enable the day-to-day effectiveness of your squad through essential activities such as user story creation, meticulous backlog grooming, and clear, frequent communication within your team.

• Measure What Matters:

  Focus on measuring and continuously improving key product metrics to enhance the overall user experience.

• Build Your Product Maturity:

  Work proactively with product leadership to develop and hone critical skills:

• Bring Others on the Journey:

  Develop clear communication strategies and resources to share the story of your product's evolution and its alignment with business objectives. Actively participate in forums to disseminate this information.

• Know Our Business:

  Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business strategy and objectives, and seek to understand how your squad specifically contributes to these efforts.

• Comprehend the Market:

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Desirable:

  Experience in product management or product ownership at a software development company.
