Job Description

As a Digital Product Engineering company, you will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: Role Overview: - Strong working experience in product ownership or product management - Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and product lifecycle management - Experience with Agile Methodology, RFPs, User story, User Journey, Requirement Elicitation, Requirement gathering, Wireframing, Prototyping - Experience in understanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technical development projects - Experience in developing business cases, analyzing business processes, and understanding why change is required in the business - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Experience in conducting interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods Responsibilities: - Aligning stakeholders and development teams around common measurable product goals - Conducting client and end-user needs assessment and analyzing tasks using appropriate techniques - Designing both high-level and detailed information wireframes to illustrate content organization, processes, and functionality - Running product discovery sessions to build a product backlog and plan incremental releases - Managing updates to information architecture documents including site maps, user scenarios, use cases, wireframes, content matrices, and flow diagrams - Following and running Agile ceremonies throughout the product development phases - Collaborating with the development team on an ongoing basis, guiding them in the right direction - Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell company offerings - Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider - Identifying project/product stakeholders and managing their expectations effectively Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field If you are passionate about product ownership and management, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role at Nagarro could be the perfect fit for you.,
