Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the Freezer Product Line and provide application support within the APAC region. The role focuses on empowering sales teams by delivering comprehensive product line information and training, while also evaluating customer requirements to gain insights into market needs. This position is crucial in ensuring that both JBT APAC sales teams and customers benefit from a market-leading product value proposition and access to detailed product information.

Responsibilities
- Be able to vision the big picture and drive continues improvements of the product line.
- Be able to communicate to stakeholders and effectively inform and consult to the Sales Network on product line value proposition with focus on customers.
- Generate sales material to help the Sales Network being more self-sufficient in selling.
- Review and validate Freezer solutions as well as Full Line solutions.
- Participate in customer visits and technical application meetings.
- Formalize and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for JBT customer trials, product tests and events.
- Formalize and consult on best practice for line startups and operations during commissioning phase.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars and customer events.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products position.
- Collaborate with JBT R&D and design engineers on new development opportunities to ensure JBT equipment delivers optimal market value proposition.
- Initiate and perform lab tests and field tests to build approved product data.
- Lead generating “Proven Product/Solutions” and publish sales support material for the product line.
- Build and maintain product line Knowledge Information System (Technical Products Information, Proven Solutions, Pricing, Price lists, Case Studies).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in (electrical, industrial, chemical, mechanical or food engineering, food science).
- Experience in working in international environment communicating across multiple cultures with fluency in english is a must. Chinese speaking also desired (not a must)
- Experience in working in food processing equipment supply chain (optional)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office package
- Experience in Poultry Further Processing production line is a must
- Understanding of a Food Production Plant operation and requirement
