Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Product Development, your primary focus will be on optimizing and providing operational support for internal and external strategic partners. You will take ownership of the Global Authentication team product support model, ensuring customer experience and related KPIs are met. Your role will also involve offering expert guidance on customer experience initiatives for support processes and customer-facing tools. Additionally, you will be engaged in all aspects of product lifecycle management, from ideation to go-to-market strategies, pricing, monitoring, optimization, and customer support. Collaboration with major stakeholders globally to align on major enhancements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Support optimization and operational support for internal and external strategic partners - Own the Global Authentication team product support model, focusing on customer experience and related KPIs - Provide expert guidance on customer experience initiatives for support processes and customer-facing tools - Engage in all aspects of product lifecycle management - Analyze and troubleshoot complex authentication processing scenarios and errors - Partner with supporting teams to ensure top-notch performance and customer experience for authentication products - Collaborate globally with Legal, Privacy, Franchise, and Pricing teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in business analytics, product management roles, sales, or customer support is preferred - Ability to turn data into strategic insights - Strong stakeholder management skills - Thrive in fast-paced environments and handle rapidly changing scenarios - Manage complex projects with minimal oversight - Willingness to learn about technology, system structure, and rules - Strong analytical, data, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proficient in visual presentation, data visualization, and creating compelling slides - Strong project management skills with exceptional organization and task management abilities - Collaborate effectively across functions and build relationships to drive results - Interact with leadership at all levels and lead and influence internal and external clients,
