Role Overview: You will be joining the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team within Services at Mastercard as a Senior Specialist. Your role will involve leading the design and execution of A/B tests, performing deep-dive analysis on customer journeys and marketing funnels, developing predictive models, providing thought leadership in marketing measurement, and mentoring junior analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and execution of A/B tests, campaign analytics, and test-control methodologies. - Perform deep-dive analysis on customer journeys, marketing funnels, and portfolio performance. - Develop predictive models to inform segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies. - Provide thought leadership in marketing measurement and performance optimization. - Translate insights into business impact through crisp storytelling and stakeholder engagement. - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics delivery. - Partner with marketing, finance, and data engineering to ensure robust data solutions. Qualification Required: - Undergraduate degree with 6-8 years of analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science with a strong focus on marketing analytics. - Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS. - Strong foundation in A/B testing, test-control analysis, and statistical modeling. - Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
